Cambria Construction in Anaheim, CA | Polaris Contractors
We install and repair Cambria quartz across Anaheim, from the tract kitchens of 92804 to the hillside homes of 92807, and we also offer Fullerton Cambria service nearby. The thing that separates our Cambria work here is that we build for two very different housing worlds: the tight 1950s galley kitchens on the west side and the oversized custom layouts in Anaheim Hills. Each one demands a different seam plan, support strategy, and fabrication approach. If you’re pricing Cambria countertops in Anaheim, call (855) 473-6535 and we’ll walk you through what your house actually needs.
Why Anaheim Residents Choose Us for Cambria Service
We work with Cambria quartz every week. We know which slabs template clean, which ones fight the fabricator, and which seams belong where. Rick Sondermann, our owner, grew up in Corona del Mar and spent three decades building and renovating homes along the Orange County coast before bringing Anaheim General Contractor services here with Polaris Contractors. He learned the trade from a finish carpenter father who believed in one thing: do it right the first time, because the second time always costs more.
We’re an independent Cambria fabrication and installation contractor, not a manufacturer-authorized dealer. That matters in Anaheim because we quote the slab you actually pick, flag slab-specific quirks before cutting, and stand behind our workmanship. No hiding behind a badge. When a Brittanicca seam pops on an Anaheim Hills hillside kitchen that’s been racking for twenty years, we’re the ones who show up and fix it, just as we do with Placentia Cambria service.
Styles & brands we work with

Common Cambria Construction Problems We Solve in Anaheim
- Cracked veined slabs at unsupported overhangs: Brittanicca and Ella are beautiful slabs, but their veining creates natural stress points. On the shallow-depth base cabinets common in 1950s-70s west Anaheim tract kitchens, a 10-inch overhang without corbels will eventually crack. We add proper support before the slab goes down, not after.
- Heat scorching near slide-in ranges: Homeowners in 92801 and 92805 are used to laminate, where a hot pan goes straight down. Cambria resists heat better than most quartz, but direct contact with a cast-iron skillet at 400 degrees will leave a scorch ring. We install heat-shield strips at the range and show you where they end.
- Resin and etch staining from Anaheim’s hard water: Anaheim’s mineral-heavy water plus the dry Santa Ana climate leaves spotting on polished Cambria that looks like a slab defect. It’s not. It’s mineral residue and citrus staining, and we can usually hone it out without replacing the counter.
- Seam failure on hillside foundations: Anaheim Hills homes on caisson foundations and sloped lots experience seasonal racking. A poorly glued or undersized seam will open up. We shim and level the cabinet run before templating, then use color-matched adhesive and tight seam tolerances that hold.
- Chipped sink and cooktop cutouts from dull tooling: Fabrication blowouts happen when a slab is cut with worn tooling, and the polished edge gets left rough. We re-hone every cutout edge after fabrication so you don’t see chips or rough spots the first time you wipe down the sink.
Cambria Service in Anaheim: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Quartz
Here’s what makes Anaheim Cambria work different from any other city: the west-side tract homes in 92801, 92804, and 92805 were built with standard-depth 24-inch base cabinets and tight galley layouts. Most Cambria swaps there need a seam-planning solution or cabinet rework before a full-slab island fits. Compare that to Anaheim Hills, where a 1970s two-story on a sloped lot often has a kitchen big enough for a single slab island with a book-matched waterfall edge. Same brand, two completely different jobs. A contractor who only knows one side of the 91 freeway is guessing on the other. We’ve templated both, and we plan for the house in front of us, not the house in a catalog.
Cambria Models & Products We Service in Anaheim
We work with the full Cambria line that matters in Anaheim: Brittanicca for the white-and-gold kitchens that dominate west Anaheim remodels, Ella and Torquay for warm and cool marble-look slabs in Anaheim Hills, and Whitehall and Swanbridge for the neutral warm-whites specified in rental and hospitality turnkey units near the Resort District. Cambria slabs come through Cambria-certified distributors, and when we repair a seam or edge, we use matching Cambria or color-matched premium quartz. No off-brand substitutions behind a Cambria name. We also handle full-slab islands, book-matched waterfall edges, kitchen island installation, vanity tops, and backsplash coordination. See our full Cambria sales & service page for the complete scope.

AfterCambria Service Pricing in Anaheim
What you’ll pay depends mostly on your kitchen’s footprint, the slab you pick, and how much cabinet rework the install requires. A west Anaheim galley in 92804 with two seams and standard-depth cabinets lands differently than a single-slab Anaheim Hills island with a waterfall edge. Here are the ranges we quote in Anaheim:
| Service | Typical Range |
|---|---|
| Countertop Installation (Cambria quartz) | $2,000 – $6,500 |
| Backsplash Installation | $800 – $2,500 |
| Kitchen Island Installation | $3,000 – $10,000 |
| Bathroom Vanity Installation | $800 – $3,000 |
Every quote starts with a free in-home estimate. We measure, we template from the actual slab, and we give you a written line-item price before any cutting starts. No change orders that show up after the slab’s on the truck. Call (855) 473-6535 to schedule yours.

FAQs – Cambria Construction in Anaheim
Do you install Cambria quartz in older Anaheim tract kitchens with standard-depth cabinets?
We do it regularly, and we plan for it from the first measurement. The 24-inch base cabinets in 92804 and 92805 tract homes don’t leave much room for overhang or deep island spans, so we shim and level the boxes, plan seams around the sink and cooktop, and add corbels wherever a slab extends past 10 inches. If the cabinets are too far gone to level, we tell you before templating, not after. Call (855) 473-6535 to have us look at your kitchen.
Can Cambria go outside on an Anaheim patio kitchen or BBQ counter?
Cambria is not warrantied for outdoor use by the manufacturer, and prolonged UV exposure can dull the polish. We’ve installed it on covered patio kitchens in Anaheim Hills where the counter gets shade for most of the day, but for a fully exposed BBQ island we’ll recommend a different material. We’d rather tell you the honest answer than sell you a slab that fades.
Is my Cambria stain-proof if I spill wine or citrus on it?
No. Cambria is non-porous and resists most staining better than natural stone, but the resin in any quartz can etch or discolor with strong acids and heavy mineral water. In Anaheim, where the tap water is hard and Santa Ana winds dry spills quickly, we see spotting that looks like a defect but is actually mineral residue. We can usually correct it with a re-polish, and we’ll show you what to wipe and what to avoid. For an exact assessment, call (855) 473-6535.
Do you handle Cambria for Anaheim Hills hillside homes where the foundation moves?
We do. Anaheim Hills homes on sloped lots and caisson foundations settle and rack seasonally, so seam planning and cabinet leveling matter more there than anywhere else in the city. We shim the cabinet run, use tight seam tolerances, and select adhesive that flexes without popping. A seam that holds for five years on a flat slab lot might open in two on a hillside if it’s cut and glued carelessly.
Will you template from the actual Cambria slab before it’s cut?
Yes. We order the slab, bring you to see it, and template from that exact piece before the saw touches it. Veined slabs like Brittanicca and Ella vary from batch to batch, and templating from the actual slab means the vein match and book-match land where they should. That’s standard for us. Call (855) 473-6535 for a free estimate and we’ll walk you through the whole sequence.
